Two Laddey Clark & Ryan Attorneys to Receive Bar Association's Amicus Curiae Award
The New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) has bestowed an Amicus Curiae Award on two Laddey Clark & Ryan attorneys. The honors will be presented at the NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention at the Borgata Hotel and Spa in Atlantic City on May 15.
Past President Thomas H. Prol, a partner at Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP who concentrates his practice in environmental law, is receiving an Amicus Curiae Award from the Bar Association in recognition of his efforts in assisting with the Bar’s amicus curiae participation in the matter of IMO Joint Opinion ACPE 732, CAA 44 and UPL 54 and Moreland v. Parks.
Prol, the first openly gay president of the NJSBA and a member of the governing body of the American Bar Association, is highly regarded for his visible efforts and activism in emphasizing access to justice and opportunities, as well as diversity and inclusion, during his tenure as state bar president.
In addition, Laddey Clark & Ryan Partner Timothy E. Dinan, who concentrates his practice in personal injury law, is receiving an Amicus Curiae Award from the Bar Association in recognition of his efforts in assisting with the Bar’s amicus curiae participation in the matter of Kernahan v. Home Warranty Administrator of Florida, Inc.
